The hotel is located in a very quiet area surrounded by old buildings, making it a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with single beds are comfortable and clean. The breakfast served is delicious with great attention to detail.

Nothing to improve, everything was satisfactory.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Oberza Cesarska that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and will be back Even the Gdansk Lech Walesa airport was not so far.

The location of this hotel is ideal as it is situated in a quiet area with great sightseeing options nearby. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was available and easy to find.

The sit down restaurant/bar area was very nice and the staff was friendly. Were able to sit outside to dine.

Our room was very hot and distant from rest of hotel. Did not like having to enter and exit thru buffet room. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast buffet was always extremely messy and dirty w/the buffet area (especially waffle area) being a mess. Food wasn't kept filled and found a lot of the dishes empty. We checked out a day early because of this. Were charged for the night we did not stay.

Close to the beach...I can't think of anything else...

We stayed in so called "economy room", which was still over 75 Euro. We had an attic room, unbearably hot in the middle of summer. No air conditioning, not even a fan and on top of that - heating in the bathroom that couldn't be switched off! The entrance to the economy part of the hotel was via back door, next to a pile of rubbish and very dark at night. The surroundings of the hotel are not esthetically pleasing at all.

Upon arrival, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Menus were creative, with a real flavour of the Polish/Prussian experience I was looking for. The room was freshly cleaned, well-equipped and gave a delightful view of true Polish countryside. The modern swimming pool and steam room facilities are a superb enhancement to traditional facilities, especially deserved after a walk along the sea front or an afternoon exploring the birch woods.

There was no air conditioning and our room got extremely hot but the reception staff let us borrow an electric fan for which we were very grateful.The hotel appears a little run down and it was not as close to the beach as I thought it would be. There was no shade at all at the beach and no facility to hire watersport equipment. The location is beautiful but there was not as much to do as I had hoped.

No air conditioning. Hot in the room! Internet doesnt work in the room after I paid for it. It worked in the lobby not in the room! Room itself is ok but nothing special, Bathrooms has a smell. Nigdy sie z czyms takim nie spotkalam, bo oznacza to ze przez kilka dnie podwojna suma pieniedzy jest zablokowana! Trzeba sie na to przygotowac!
